yo lo instale ayer y la verdad es que no vi ninguna diferencia con respecto a la beta rc10, igual aun no lo veo a fondo pero esa fue mi primera impresión...

barand, una rc es una Release Candidate. Es decir, una versión beta, o de prueba, con amplias posibilidades de ser una versión oficial.

Por lo que habitualmente una vez que se considera una versión RC, o sale tal cual, o aumenta de numeración con pequeños arreglos (ya no le meten nada nuevo) hasta que está suficientemente estable como para ser versión oficial.

Por eso no ves nada nuevo, dado que lo nuevo lo sería cuando te pusiste la beta.
